Sony has revealed a new trailer for MLB 13: The Show which showcases some new features. The game will be developed by Sony San Diego and is exclusive to the Playstation platforms and will also be made for the Vita. The trailer contains 10 Easter Eggs and all of them are worth finding out.
“In season modes, when a player is traded or joins a new team in the offseason, if they have a real photo it will be replaced with the cap screen shot. So basically if you do a fantasy draft franchise every player on your team will be wearing the correct hats and jerseys.”
Other new features include a completely new beginner mode and instructional enhancements that make The Show the best pick-up and play baseball experience available. In addition, the improved Play Now mode streamlines gameplay for the option to play faster and simpler games. San Diego Studios has also revamped The Show’s Franchise and Road To The Show modes with expanded options and new gameplay experiences that improve the highest-rated baseball video game on the market.
The game will be released on the PS3 and Vita on March 5, and will also support cross saves. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
