Shujinko is probably among the most overlooked characters we’ve mentioned in this list so far. First introduced in Deception, he’s only appeared as a playable character in two more games since then- one of which was a PSP port of Deception. If for no other reason than hopefully getting to know more about him and discovering what his place is in this new, whacky timeline NetherRealm have created, we hope to see him making a comeback soon.
