Another video game based in space is Dreadnought. Though where Dreadnought differs from Star Citizen is that players will be taking more of the commander position rather than a grunt solider making its way through the ranks. Don’t expect fast paced combat battle’s but instead taking control of a large spacecraft.
Each spacecraft will have their own unique advantages and disadvantages all of which will require a large amount of strategy within the battlefield. Players will have to focus how they position their ship, their attacks and where to focus their power. Ships are also able to be altered with areas such as shields, weapons and even engines all playing a factor during battles . Multiplayer battles are said to last only around ten minutes.
