Gordon Freeman and Alyx Vance
Even though Gordon Freeman doesn’t say anything during the whole Half Life series, you can just feel the growing relationship between him and Alyx Vance. It’s one of gaming’s finest moments when Alyx is at the elevator seeing Gordon going down to stop Dr. Breen. It’s tense, emotional and moving all at the same time. And their love only grows. In Episode 2, when Alyx is critically wounded, but is revived when Gordon daringly steals the larval extract of an antlion colony, it becomes quite obvious that their lives become even more enjoined. I really can’t wait to see what happens in Half Life 3.
