42. Final Fantasy XIII- Extremely unlike any game before it in the worst way possible
Final Fantasy XIII was not on anyone’s “things to gift” list. The game was quite bad in almost every way possible. First of all you start out in the game not knowing anything about anyone, or any place. If you read through the Datalog early on, it explains almost everything but the main purpose why people buy a game is to play it and not read stuff. And to top it none of the characters were likable or sympathetic. The story started out as nonsense and progressed into further nonsense and then became absurd.
