Renegade Kid’s critically lauded 2D platformer Mutant Mudds Deluxe, the enhanced re-release of 2011’s 3DS eShop exclusive platformer, will be coming to the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita around Christmas, Eurogamer reports.

The re-release was originally released for the Wii U eShop, where it became one of the most popular fixtures.

Renegade Kid tweeted that the game would support Cross Buy on PSN, meaning you only have to buy it for either the PS Vita or the PlayStation 3, and you’d get it for the other platform as well. They have announced a Christmas release date, but nothing more concrete; also missing is a definite price, although the price of the Wii U and 3DS games might be a good estimate.

Renegade Kid is also working on multiple other projects, including he platformer Treasurenauts and the first-person horror game Cult County. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage about all of their games, current and upcoming.
