2K Games have announced that the latest installment in their basketball franchise, NBA 2K14, has received its third patch for next generation console versions of the game. The patch is aimed at improving game play, fixing several bugs, and adding technical updates to both MyCAREER and MyGM.

The patch is available on Xbox One as of today, and is expected to be made available to PlayStation 4 gamers at some point in the next few days. The specific general game fixes in the patch focus on several Xbox Live issues that gamers have complained about, specifically disconnect issues during head-to-head and Team Up play modes.

Game play mechanical updates include physics adjustments regarding mid-air collisions, and improved ball physics, specifically when it comes to dribbling. Additionally, there is now an added camera view mode called the ‘Beluba’ camera view.
