NBA 2K16: New Video Shows Off Anthony Davis in Action

A brand new video for NBA 2K16 is now available. In tune with the marketing trends of the last five years or so, the video is called ‘Rise,’ and it shows off a mini documentary of sorts on the popular basketball player Anthony Davis.

The video highlights Davis’ journey from childhood to where he stands today as an NBA star with the Pelicans. There’s some amateur footage of Davis playing in high school, as well as some clips of him during his one year of college ball at Kentucky. Basically, think of it as the Davis equivalent of the Stephen Curry and James Harden NBA 2K16 videos.

We don’t get to see a whole lot of gameplay in this video, but what we do see looks pretty cool- it seems like NBA 2K16 will continue the series’ tradition of being the best basketball video game on the market.

NBA 2K16 will be launching on September 29 for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC.
