EA has formally announced Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed is in development by Slightly Mad Studios and will be using a new game engine.
It will feature a “innovative” helmet camera view and Autolog which also features in NFS: Hot Pursuit 2.
The first trailer for the game is live. NFS Shift 2 was known to be in development for sometime now with EA EU VP, Pat Soderbund recently confirming that the game’s all set to release next year.
Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed will be releasing for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in Spring 2011
