NeocoreGames Announces Deathtrap

It's a tower defense game, coming to Steam and MAC.

Deathtrap is a brand new, slightly bloody looking (and sounding) tower defense games that Neocore Games just announced. In case you didn’t know, these guys have some cred, as they were the ones who brought us the rather good The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing.

Deathtrap is a little different from that- it’s a tower defense game that mixes some action RPG elements into the broth, and it offers a rather bloody and gory take on the genre. Players must take control of heroes, and defend the underground mazes and the silent forts using, rebuilding and improving the ancient traps and rusty machines that fill the vaults. Over time, you can upgrade the traps and machines that you are using, which adds an added layer of nuance to the game.

Deathtrap will be coming first to Steam and MAC, followed by PS4 and Xbox One versions. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and updates on this game.
