New Ace Combat Infinity Trailer Asks You To Engage

Release date announced for Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Ace Combat: Infinity, the newest installment in Namco’s long running flight sim and combat series, will be releasing on the PlayStation 3 on May 28 exclusively, over the PlayStation Network. This new trailer shows off vigorous fighter dogfights, and it shows off the storyline of the title, including the appearance of the rival squadron “Ridgebacks” as well as the battle against the “Butterfly Emblem” and the UAVs.

Ace Combat: Infinity is the newest entry in the series after a bit of a hiatus following a series of increasingly disappointing games this past generation. With Infinity, the payment model aside, Namco Bandai seem to have returned to the basics of what made Ace Combat great, and hopefully, Infinity can deliver the same kind of flight action goodness that the series was known for before.

Ace Combat Infinity launches in Europe, Australia, and Asia on May 28 over PSN. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
