THQ Nordic’s “Kung Fu Epic” Biomutant is one of the most interesting titles in their lineup at the moment, and not much was known about the game at all – until very recently, when more information and a short teaser trailer, was dropped during PC Gamer Weekender 2018.

First, the teaser, which we’ve included below, is a short glimpse of the game for sure. The trailer rapidly cuts between scenes showing off combat, traversal and some of the tribes that you’ll encounter and influence in the game. It seems like the art style isn’t afraid to get a little cartoonish, as seen with a classic “Skeletons show when electrocuted” effect. The world also just looks gorgeous and colourful in general, with a vibrancy that should look amazing in 4K.

We’ve included both PC Gamer’s interview with Experiment 101 Studio Head, Stefan Ljungkvist as well as the full teaser trailer just below, which will go into much more detail on character creation and other elements. Biomutant is set for release on PC and consoles sometime in 2018.
