Codemasters have released a fantastic new video for GRID 2 which shows some of the in-game footage and also some live-action footage of motoring journalist Chris Harris. He uses a wheel to zoom through the track while the guy sitting beside him tells him about what he did wrong.
The cars are McLaren MP4-12cs which is something that will be featured in the game as well.
GRID 2 will challenge players to be fast, be first and be famous as they enter a stunning new world of competitive motorsport. The game is said to raise the gameplay and technological bar for motorsport gaming and remain true to the series’ core value.
The game looks visually quite impressive and the first game was one of the best racing games when it comes to pure arcadey action. GRID 2 won’t have a cockpit view because it’s a feature no one uses according to Codemasters, but apart from the game looks decent at this point.
