A new game announcement from Koei Tecmo is on the horizon. A new teaser website has gone up, showing flames in the background (you can see the image above), accompanied simply with the words “The fated battle begins.” The site mentions that the announcement is coming on December 6.

In case you’re thinking that this is going to be one of the over ten new announcements that will be made at The Game Awards, which take place on the same day, it probably won’t be. Thanks to time zones, the announcement is probably going to be made several hours before the awards ceremony even begins, though there’s still a chance that it might end up being showcased after its announcement at the event nonetheless.

The site also mentions that the game is being made for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC- no Xbox One, then. For now, at least. As for what it could possibly be, there’s no other information out right now other than the teaser website itself, so for all we know, it could be anything. A new Ninja Gaiden game would be nice though, right?

Either way, stay tuned to GamingBolt, and we’ll keep you updated on any new info as this story develops.
