Obsidian and InXile Entertainment have released a new gameplay video of the upcoming tactical strategy RPG, Wasteland 2, showing off over 10 minutes of gameplay and a little more footage that gives you a background of the game, its story and its setting.
The video shows plenty of interesting features for the game, like the long promised customizable user interface, the turn based, tactical combat and the in general tense atmosphere. The first few minutes of the video also set up the mood really well.
It’s really too son to say anything right now, but it certainly looks like Wasteland 2 might be able to live up to the excellent original. The Kickstarter funding is probably going to pay off.
Wasteland 2 releases in October this year, but a specific release date is as of yet unannounced. Stay tuned for updates.
