Next Gen Power of Sniper Elite 3 Revealed in Newest Trailer

Coming next year.

Posted By | On 19th, Dec. 2013

What you see above is the newest trailer for the PlayStation 4 version of Sniper Elite 3, the newest entry in the shooting series with a twist.

Sniper Elite 3 is a prequel, set before the events of Sniper Elite v2, albeit still taking place in that game’s famed World War II setting. The game is set in the Western Desert conflict in North Africa, which was America’s first battle fought against the Axis powers in the second World War.

As always, Sniper Elite 3 features intricate bullet physics, a nuanced X-Ray camera, and an emphasis on stealth action. It features multiple new gameplay and graphical improvements made possible by the game’s development entirely within Rebellion’s Asura game engine.

Sniper Elite 3 will be coming out in 2014 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. No Wii U version has been announced, which might have something to do with the dismal performance of the (bad) Wii U port of Sniper Elite v2.
