Three Nintendo shows in three days. Oh my.
In order to handle the Wii U unveil properly this time- people were confused last year, after all- Nintendo is talking about it across three conferences. The first of these is the announced out of the blue latest installment in Nintendo’s popular webcast series, Nintendo Direct. One will be broadcast tomorrow at 6PM ET/3PM PT, and, in a first for Nintendo Directs, it will be broadcast live.
The broadcast will focus exclusively on Wii U hardware. Presumably, Nintendo wants to get the sticky business of the hardware, controller, and other such details, out of the way before E3 really begins, so that third parties can show it off during their E3s without violating any NDAs. Also, this would free up Nintendo’s E3 2012 purely for games.
Gamingbolt will be covering the broadcast, but to watch it, To watch the live broadcast, simply click this link to go to Nintendo’s Japanese website at that time. Don’t worry if you miss the live showing, as we’ll have all the news and information for you here.
