It looks like we won’t have to wait for much longer to learn more about the Nintendo Switch- Nintendo have confirmed that they will be holding an event for the Switch on January 12 (American Time), which will be livestreamed worldwide.

The event will include multiple details about the upcoming system, including when exactly it is launching, what the pricing will be, what games are under development for the system, and presumably, what titles will be available at launch. This means we only have a little over two months till we know for sure whether or not we will be able to play Skyrim on the go!

I’m pretty excited about that. As of right now, the Nintendo Switch is slated for a March 2017 launch. No specifics on the system (beyond its central concept) are known, though the launch trailer showed off a host of games being played on it, and it looks like Nintendo has a pretty extensive list of third party developers working on the system too. What are your thoughts on this article? Let us know whether you are excited for this reveal in the comments section below.
