Pokemon Sun and Moon 3

Pokemon Sun/Moon is likely to be the biggest game release of this year in terms of revenues in sales- or one of the biggest ones, anyway. To ensure that people jump on board the hype train for the game, especially given that the hype train also coincides with the franchise’s 20th anniversary celebrations, Nintendo have announced a brand new Pokemon Sun/Moon themed New Nintendo 3DS XL system.

It’s called the Solgaleo Lunala Black Edition, and it’s a black console with white etchings of the Pokemon Sun/Moon cover Pokemon on it. The bundle does not come with a copy of the game, and will presumably set the user back by $200, which is the standard price of a New Nintendo 3DS XL system.

The Pokemon New Nintendo 3DS system will be made available in markets on October 29. Pokemon Sun/Moon itself is due out on Nintendo 3DS exclusively on November 15 in North America and Japan, and in Europe on November 23.
