No Man’s Sky New Trailer Walks Us Through Trading In The Game

Explore. Fight. Trade.

Why No Man's Sky

We’ve already been shown the exploration and combat aspects of No Man’s Sky– those two form the first two out of the four pillars that apparently form the core gameplay loop of the game. And today’s trailer for the game walks us through how trading will work in the game, as the third pillar on which its gameplay is founded.

Trading involves gathering rare resources, and then buying and selling them across the galaxy. It sounds like, apart from gathering resources, it will be more of a metagame kind of thing, than something that manifests itself in the moment to moment gameplay too much.

No Man’s Sky will launch in August exclusively on the PlayStation 4 and on PC. You can check out the trailer for the game showcasing trading below. Let us know what you think in the comments section. Meanwhile, we’ll be waiting for the next trailer, which will show us the fourth pillar of No Man’s Sky‘s gameplay.
