Persona-5-Scramble-The-Phantom-Strikers

The enhanced version of Persona 5 is out now in Japan, and it’s going to take those in that region quite some time to get through it (like, really, quite a very long time). But after that, the story of the Phantom Thieves will continue with the sequel/spinoff Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. And today we got a look at some of the first live gameplay from the title.

The game is a mousu-inspired one that mixes that type of gameplay with the stylish look of Persona 5. The game will incorporate things like baton passes, stealth attacks and Persona negotiations and summoning. If you get into a lot of trouble, you can even escape in a similar fashion to the turn-based main series. You can check it out below. The gameplay sections last 31:32 to 40:09 and 1:29:39 to 1:42:24.

Perosna 5 Scramble is slated to release in 2020 for both the PlayStation 4 and Switch sometime in 2020. For a look at the various locations you’ll be going through in the game, take a look through here.
