Mitsuru always struck me as one of the least identifiable characters from the Persona series, thanks to her story and social link giving her an arc that almost no one can personally claim to have any identification with. That said, many Persona fans declare her to be their favorite, and they are doubtless going to be among those who are happiest at today’s new Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth trailer.

Much like previous character introduction videos for the game, this one, too, focuses on one specific character- Mitsuru Kirijo from Persona 3. As is usually the case, we get to see footage of her interacting with other characters, as well as her in battle. Mitsuru in Persona 3 was actually very handy in battle, and it looks like that won’t be changing with Persona Q2 either.

Persona Q2 brings together the casts of Persona 3 (including Persona 3 Portable’s female protagonist), 4, and 5 for one grand crossover adventure. It launches for Nintendo 3DS on November 28 in Japan. No western release has been confirmed yet.
