Phil Spencer: ‘Michael Pachter Doesn’t Know Our 2015 Lineup’

Earlier today, the PS4 received the kiss of death from Michael Pachter when he wholeheartedly endorsed the system, saying that it would be the one to own in 2015. Pachter said that while he didn’t know the full extent of Microsoft’s lineup in 2015, the PS4’s would be hard to beat.

Someone decided to point out Pachter’s statements to Phil Spencer on Twitter, where Spencer cheekily responded, ‘He is right, he doesn’t know our 2015 games lineup,’ implying that Pachter’s comment was based on incomplete information and therefore irrelevant.

Personally, with all systems looking to have a great year next year- PC gets games like Star Citizen, PS4 gets Uncharted 4, Bloodborne, and Persona 5, Xbox One gets Tomb Raider, Halo 5, and Quantum Break, Wii U gets Splatoon, Kirby, Star Fox, and Zelda U, 3DS gets Majora’s Mask, Codename STEAM, and Monster Hunter- really, we shouldn’t even be trying to have these fanboyism fueled contests, and instead be celebrating what looks to be the strongest games lineup this industry has seen in a very long time.
