Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Coming TO Xbox 360 And Xbox One In February 2014

"Garden Warfare give the series’ fans and shooter players a fun, new experience"

PopCaps’s insanely fun Plants vs. Zombies series’ next installment will be releasing in February next year. It seems that the EA subsidiary has decided to step things up several notches for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.

PVZGW looks nothing like anything we’ve seen from the PVZ series thus far. Mainly in that it’s in fully rendered 3D, and is a level-based third person shooter as opposed to the first two installments in the series, which would be categorized as Tower Defense games.

“Gamers across the world have fallen in love with the Plants vs. Zombies characters and now they’ll get to see them in an entirely new light. Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare give the series’ fans and shooter players a fun, new experience that they’ll both enjoy as they blast, chomp and laugh their way through co-op and head-to-head online action,” said Brian Lindley, Producer on Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.

This newest Plants vs. Zombies game will be powered by EA’s Frostbite 3 engine, and will support up to 12 V 12 multiplayer. There will also be bonus features on the Xbox One edition of the game.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will release for Xbox 360 and Xbox One in February of 2014.
