PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Listed For PS4 By Korean Ratings Board

Announcement incoming? Keep your fingers crossed...

Fortnite may be all the rage when it comes to battle royale titles right now, but over a year ago, it was PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds that kicked off this extremely popular trend. And though the game might be falling off in terms of popularity a little bit, soon it might be receiving the bump it needs- a PS4 launch for the battle royale title seems to be on the horizon.

The Games Rating and Administration Committee (or GRAC), the South Koran video games rating board, has put up an age rating for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on the PS4, which means you can most likely expect an official confirmation sooner rather than later (or it could just be a mistake, but that doesn’t seem likely).

If you’re wondering why PUBG hasn’t launched for the PS4 till now, it’s because Sony’s system has restriction on games in early access that platforms like Xbox and Steam do not. Now that PUBG is out of early access and launched in full on both PC and Xbox One, the game can finally make its way to the PS4.

Just keep in mind that this isn’t an official announcement, but one is probably coming not long from now. In the meantime, you can read our review of PUBG here.
