Pokken

It’s not enough that Nintendo have Super Smash Bros. as their flagship fighting game franchise- now they are bringing us a brand new, highly technical 3D fighting game franchise based on the Pokemon universe. Pokken Tournament is already available in select arcades, and come springtime next year, it will also be launching on the Wii U.

Pokken Tournament already has some pretty iconic Pokemon appearing as fighters- Charizard, Blaziken, Lucario, Machamp, and Pikachu are among some of the many fan favorites that will be appearing in the game. Now add another one to the list- apparently, a leaked photo of Pokénchi presenter Shoko Nakagawa playing the game with a sign in the back seems to confirm that Sceptile will be in the game as a playable character. It also confirms that Electrode and FarFetch’d will be in the game as support Pokemon, but no one quite cares about that.
