Amazon has begun the process of taking preorders for the much anticipated Shenmue I & II ports coming to PS4 and Xbox One, allowing the fans crazy to revisit the adventures of Ryo before they finally come to a close in the third game later this year.
In North America, if you’re looking for the PS4 version you can secure it on Amazon for $29 right now, but you’ll either have to wait it out or go over to Gamestop if you’re hoping for an Xbox One copy. Amazon UK has both systems up for an equivalent price. Finally, the Steam page is live, though preorders aren’t quite up yet.
The Xbox One and PC versions are being released worldwide while in Japan, the port is PS4 exclusive. Unfortunately if you’re hoping for this to be a remaster on the level of Shadow of the Colossus, Sega has confirmed that these games feature no major updates beyond control scheme, just a resolution bump.
