Project CARS, the upcoming, gorgeous looking racing simulator from Slightly Mad Studios, has already suffered one notable delay- it was originally due to be launched around October last year, before it was delayed into March 2015- and now, just as the release date for the game was approaching, it has suffered yet another delay, albeit not as long of a one this time. Project CARS will now instead be launching in April.

It’s not too bad of a delay- we are looking at a new launch date of April 2, 2015. But according to Slightly Mad Studios, the few extra days makes all the difference in the world to them.

“Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS”, said Ian Bell, Head of Studio at Slightly Mad Studios. “But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April”.

Project CARS will launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One in April; a Wii U version is slated for later this year.
