Playstation-Vita-2000

For some misleading and false advertising of the PS Vita around the system’s launch, a successful class action suit against Sony resulted in them having to settle with customers in some way. They are doing so right now, with e-mails regarding the claim settlement being sent out right now.

These e-mails will let you have a voucher code, which lets you $25 to your PSN account- the code will only be valid till February 29, 2016, so make sure to redeem it before then.

So, if you were one of the people who bought the PS Vita in the launch period (before June end in 2012), make sure to keep an eye out for the e-mail; if it hasn’t shown up, maybe see your spam folder, it might have ended up there by mistake.

Personally, I think this is all a mistake- for Sony to have advertised the Vita falsely, they must first have advertised the Vita at all, and we all know that’s a load of crock- Sony never advertises or even acknowledges the PS Vita.

In all seriousness, yeah, keep an eye out.
