Rage Mod Tools Coming Soon, Says Carmack

"BFG work pushed the Rage tools, but Real Soon Now. I hope. Sigh."

Yes this is not a Rage image.

Rage Mod Tools were supposed to shipped along with the game, but in classic id fashion something got messed up, and it was delayed.

John Carmack said that the work on BFG Edition was the main reason why they couldn’t ship the Rage tools on time, and considering how efficient their work on the edition was, such a thing was not a surprise.

He also revealed that they will be releasing the tools soon considering they have shipped the BFG Edition. He seemed frustrated and mentioned something about making some mistakes, which is totally understandable.

“BFG work pushed the Rage tools, but Real Soon Now. I hope. Sigh. I think we have made poor decisions on this all year,” he revealed.

Hopefully the tools should be released soon and Rage players would love to do something with it. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.

Thanks, Eurogamer.
