Despite the stock shortage Red Dead Redemption has made over £10m in its opening weekend.

The game is expected to keep selling in the next few week (if the stocks wont run out again).

Reports of transit problems and a disagreement between Asda and Rockstar has somewhat mired the release of the title, but apperently the “The launch went incredibly well” as said by  Jonathan Hayes,HMV’s commercial manager for games,he continued saying: “You could argue that a few sales were lost, but not vast amounts. In fact, there’s so much interest now, that this should carry on next week”.
