The first major DLC release for Remnant 2, The Awakened King, is out now on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The DLC is priced at $9.99, and is also available as part of a bundle with future DLC priced at $24.99. Two more DLC releases are planned for Remnant 2, slated for release in 2024.
Celebrating the release of The Awakened King, developer Gunfire Games and publisher Gearbox Publishing have announced that Remnant 2 is currently available at a 30 percent discount.
Players that own Remnant 2: The Awakened King can access the DLC by picking The Awakened King in the Adventure Mode section of the World Stone. The DLC can also be accessed through the campaign, and may or may not appear like any other storyline when a new campaign is rolled.
Along with new story content, The Awakened King also brings with it new dungeons and an area based in the world of Losomn. There are also new items, weapons, and weapon mods, as well as the new Archetype—the Ritualist.
