There have been reports and rumours of a potential fifth installment in the long running Grand Theft Auto series all over the internet for a long time. Now, respected gaming magazine OXM US has come out in the open and stated that there will be a GTA V announcement “later this summer.”
“Time’s up, says The Ball. Expect Grand Theft Auto V to be announced later this summer,” says the mag (via NeoGAF). There have been rumours that the game will release in 2012, that it will be set in Los Angeles, being the first game in the series to be set in a real world city.
