There were four campaigns in Resident Evil 6, featuring Chris Redfield, Leon Kennedy, Ada Wong, and Jake, a new character. Each campaign tried something different: Leon felt the closest to classic Resident Evil with the emphasis on tight spaces and moments that attempted to be scary, and Jake had the more experimental gameplay. But Chris’ campaign was the one jam-packed with those action scenes and scripted events. This is the chapter where you’ll find the soldiers, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, and rescuing hostages. This is the section most people point to and say “this is more like Call of Duty than Resident Evil.”
