Now while Borderlands was a great game, the developers thought it would be a good idea to add some really bad DLC to the game. Mad Moxxi, which is a mix of both fighting with friends and horde mode, is just not that interesting. There is no looting or any kind of level grinding to be had here. Additionally the DLC also doesn’t scale to how many people are in your group. So bottom line, the DLC isn’t worth getting. If that were not enough keep in mind that it is priced at $ 10.
