Some people are having issues playing the game even after the preload is complete and it seems that the game is now region restricted on Steam. You can check out the image which gives out the following error. It could also be an error by Valve, so we’re not sure what exactly is the problem right now.
Some people in the Steam forums are bewildered by this error as well. You can check it out here, and in Reddit as well.
One user says, “It is me or this game is now restricted? Now it doesn’t appear in New Releases Tab, but appears in Top Sellers Tab, but when I click him it says the typical ‘This item is currently unavailable in your region’.”
This could also be due to the intereference with GFWL. The UK release was supposed to be 25th so, if anyone from there has bought the game on Steam, please let us know whether it works or not, so we can get to the bottom of this.
