Ashina Elite – Ujinari Mizuo

Ensure you have the Magnet upgrade for the Loaded Umbrella Prosthetic tool. As soon as you approach the boss, run towards the right side and up the stairs. This will ensure that the boss will lose track of you. This will be indicated by the disappearance of the boss’ life bar. Once that is done, go down the stairs and do the death blow from behind. This way you can drain the boss’ first life bar.

Now use the Magnet upgrade for the Loaded Umbrella Prosthetic tool and spam the block button and let the boss attack you. This will eventually drain the boss’ posture and you can go ahead and kill the boss.

Lone Shadow Masanaga The Spear-Bearer

Ensure you have the Puppeteer move. Now before you head towards the boss, you will come across a bridge on which 3 enemies will be standing. Take out the big guy who is standing in the middle by doing a Puppeteer move on him. This will ensure that the other two shielded enemies are taken down by this big guy.

Now run towards the boss and throw a shuriken towards him and run away from him. Now you have to lure him till the point he reaches the stairs and run away until he loses track of you (This will be indicated by the disappearance of the boss’ life bar). Once this is done, head back and do death blow from behind.

Now once again throw a shuriken and lure him towards the stairs. Ensure that the boss is at the beginning of the stairs (from the side you ascend). This will create problems with the boss’s AI and he won’t attack you. Ensure he doesn’t goes up the stairs by continuously hitting him. Sooner or later he will be killed.

Owl (Father)

Although this is a ridiculously hard boss fight, there is a way to defeat it in a very easy manner. The idea is to learn the boss’ basic patterns. There are two phases of this boss fight, so let’s take a look at how you overcome this difficult challenge.

Phase 1:

  1. Keep sufficient distance from the boss. The idea is to lure the boss towards you. You have to do this throughout phase 1.
  2. He will do a running straight attack. When he does that, walk (not run!) towards him and dodge so that you can get behind him. This is your chance to inflict one hit. Do that and run away from the boss.
  3. He will do a shuriken throw move followed by a sword attack. Simply dodge twice to avoid both of these attacks. Get behind the boss, get that one hit in, and run away from the boss.
  4. He will do a unblockable forward thrust indicated by a red sign. Do the Mikiri counter and one frontal attack. Do that and run away from the boss.
  5. He will throw firecrackers at you but since you are already away from the boss, you won’t be taking any damage from it.

Keep doing what we mentioned above and you should be done with phase 1 in a few minutes.

Phase 2:

  1. Keep sufficient distance from the boss. The idea is to lure the boss towards you. You have to do this throughout phase 2.
  2. Most of the moves are same as Phase 1 but now he has an owl with him. He will use it to turn invisible. Simply run away and he will eventually appear.
  3. He will also do a owl fire attack. Simply get behind one of the pillars and you won’t be affected by it.
  4. He will also do a double shuriken attack which can be easily dodged.

Again, the entire idea is to stay away from the boss and lure him towards you! Keep this in mind!
