Shovel Knight 2

The acclaimed and highly successful indie retro platformer, Shovel Knight, will be launching on Xbox One tomorrow, Yatch Club Games confirmed. The game launched for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita easrlier this month, and before then, had been exclusive to Nintendo devices and PC since its launch about a year ago.

The Xbox One version of the game brings the same tight, well crafted, and nostalgic platforming action that made Shovel Knight such a rage when it originally debuted for Wii U, 3DS, and PC; Xbox One owners will get exclusive Battletoads content in their version of the game (similar to how PlayStation owners got Kratos).

The game will also be launching worldwide- no country or territory, it seems, will be left out (the original launch of Shovel Knight saw a very delayed launch in Europe, at least on Nintendo devices).

Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information on the game.
