Developer SloClap’s kung fu brawler Sifu has been getting a lot of attention with its recent critical praise, but it seems things weren’t quite smooth for the deluxe edition owners of the game on PlayStation at launch, as the included 48-hours pre-launch early access had not been working as intended.

Via the game’s official Twitter, however, SloClap has now confirmed that the issue related to the early access has been resolved, and Deluxe Edition owners should be able to download the game on PlayStation. Additionally, SloClap also promises that Deluxe Edition owners will be getting exclusive gifts very soon as a sign of good faith for the inconvenience players faced.

Sifu is now available to play for Deluxe Edition owners on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Epic Games Stores, and becomes available for everyone else on February 8. In our review of Sifu, we awarded the game a 8/10, praising the combat, level design, and enemy variety, along with the visual style.
