'When it's ready' better be some time soon, Bethesda...

You know, you wouldn’t believe that The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Special Edition, the remaster of the beloved 2011 open world RPG for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, is releasing in a month- we haven’t actually yet seen any meaningful footage for it, nor have we yet seen any true trailer for the game.

And can we expect that to change any time soon? Logic would dictate yes, given that the game is a little over a month away from release, but interestingly enough, Bethesda’s Pete Hines is refusing to promise any date for a trailer for the upcoming remaster, promising only that Bethesda will share it when it’s ready.

Other times, I find Bethesda’s no nonsense demeanor and refusal to yield to be admirable. Right now, I find it stupid, because come on guys, you have a product coming out in a month, and people are right to want to get a look at it, and see if it’s something that might interest them.

Hopefully ‘when it’s done’ means sooner rather than later, I suppose.
