Black Matter’s multiplayer World War 2 shooter Hell Let Loose was in early access for quite some time before it launched, so going into its release, people had a good idea of what to expect from it. As such, the game’s quality didn’t come as much of a surprise- which is why it’s surprising that more people didn’t jump on when it released. Its large-scale tactical PvP battles offer genuine enjoyment and thrill in a genre that has largely disappointed this year, which makes this game feel that much more like a treasure.
