Rebellion Games have released a brand new trailer for their upcoming Sniper Elite 4. The second trailer in their ‘Intel’ series shows off the game’s protagonist, Karl Fairburne, who is described as ‘one of the Allies’ most effective operatives.’ That’s a hell of a billing to have to live up to, you know?
The trailer basically gives us details and information, and flavor backstory, on Fairburne in the style of an intelligence dossier- it’s pretty well made, and is probably going to catch more eyes than just another generic montage of spliced together war shooter footage would have. That said, we do get some gameplay footage in this trailer regardless.
Sniper Elite 4 will launch next year, on February 14 2017, on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. If you pre-order the game, you can get your hands on some exclusive camo rifle skins, and on a bonus mission, Target Fuhrer, which lets you attempt to assassinate Hitler and, hey, change the course of history in the process, too.
