Sonic Forces, the brand new 3D Sonic game due out later this year, is largely an unknown at this point- we haven’t had the chance to see a lot of it, after all. However, in a new video shared by Sega on their channel today, we got to see Classic Sonic (who features in this game alongside modern Sonic ala Sonic Generations) run around in the Green Hill Zone. And it was good.

You can check out the new video for yourself below. If you have any nostalgia for Sonic‘s 16 bit glory days, this will probably get you all tingly. Even if you don’t, you should be impressed by what looks to be some pretty high caliber platforming on show here.

Sonic Forces is due out later this year on the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Are you going to be picking it up? Make sure to let us know in the comments section below.
