Sonic Lost World: ‘Play Together’ Trailer Released

Another quick look at Sonic Lost World

Posted By | On 22nd, Aug. 2013

Today Sega released a new trailer for their upcoming installment in the Sonic The Hedgehog Franchise, Sonic Lost World. This most recent trailer gives us our best-yet look at what we can expect from the new action adventure platformer.

It appears that a two player co-op mode will be available in-game, allowing players to traverse the high octane Sonic landscape with the assistance of a companion. How this will execute fully remains to be seen, as from what we can tell from the released footage, the pacing of the already hectic Sonic has increased dramatically. It will certainly be interesting to see how this pace affects the two player dynamic.

Additionally, right at the end of the trailer. We are given a look at the six main villains of Sonic Lost World, The Deadly Six. They appear to be a combination of goofy and mean, and should make for entertaining and unique boss fights if anything.

Sonic Lost World releases for Wii U and 3DS exclusively October 18th.
