God of War: Ascension is set to release soon and Santa Monica have already given us a hint of what to expect from next generation consoles.

The studio’s lead game designer Mark Simon told Eurogamer that given enough time and and the specs that the PS4 has, they will be able to blow us away.

“If you give us enough time and you give us those specs, we will blow you away. Our team’s pretty good,” he said.

He also revealed that the console’s RAM takes a lot of the shackles off the team in terms of visuals.

“Well, the hardware itself has 16 times the memory we had on the previous console. The hardware takes a lot of the shackles off in terms of visuals.”

The PS4 will be released in holiday 2013. Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
