Sony Trademarks Slogan “Heighten Your Senses” For PS5 DualSense

Well, that's something.

We have finally seen the PS5, but before we saw that, we got to see the console’s controller, the DualSense. It’s a bit of a twist on Sony’s usual design, though ultimately familiar. It also seems that Sony thinks pretty highly of this new design, since they seem to be looking at possibly giving it its own slogan.

A new trademark was filed by Sony that went live on June 12th, right after the PS5 reveal event. It seems they are looking to potentially use “Heighten Your Senses.” The slogan makes sense since Sony is leaning hard on the various senses their machine will employ such as 3D audio and haptic feedback. First time I can recall a controller having a slogan, but hey, why not. You can see the trademark listing through here.

As of now, we don’t know when the PS5 or its new controller will hit shelves, only sometime this holiday season. You can watch a feature about the controller through here.
