SoulCalibur 6 New Trailer Introduces Grøh

Featuring dual light sabers, the character.

The newest trailer for SoulCalibur 6 is available, and it introduces Groh, who is a brand new character of Norwegian descent (his name is actually spelt Grøh); this character apparently will play a significant part in the game’, although naturally, we don’t know what that role will be just yet- and we don’t know in what capacity either.

What we do get a look at is how he will play, including his Dual Saber, which is a first for the series. The trailer also has Producer Motohiro Okubo explaining the origin for the character, both in game and from a development perspective, while also talking about what role they hope he will play in the final game. Rather than me trying to summarize everything for you, though, you should watch it for yourself below.

SoulCalibur 6 is the first new entry in Namco’s popular sword fighting franchise, and is due to launch later this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
