Spider-Man for the PS4 is going to be one of the bigger game releases of the year, and there are still so many questions that fans have about the game. In a recent interview with Game Informer, Insomniac Games provided some new details about the game’s protagonist, what Peter Parker’s role in the game will be, and more.
One of the main questions that people have wanted to know about the game is whether Miles Morales would be the one acting as Spider-Man. Now, the developers have put this doubt to rest by stating that this is a story about Peter Parker. Creative director Brian Intihar stated, “This is a Peter Parker story. That is not Miles in that suit, which is the question everyone keeps asking me on Twitter.”
We also get to learn more about Peter Parker. He will be facing all of the issues that come with being a young adult who is only 23 years old, including money problems and more. There will also be many subtle details in the world around Peter Parker, such as characters wearing different clothes or sporting different hairstyles as the days go by. So far, it seems like the game is on the right track and that the developers are satisfied with how the game is coming along.
Spider-Man is set to release for the PS4 on September 7.
