On November 10, to coincide with the launch of the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, EA Play and its entire catalog will be added to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for no additional cost, which means all those games are going to become available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers as well. Notably, one of those games will be Respawn Entertainment’s excellent action-adventure title, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as announced by EA and Microsoft on Twitter.
As of the end of March this year, Fallen Order had already accrued over 10 million players, and that number is likely to go up much higher with the game’s addition to EA Play (and Game Pass, indirectly).
EA have previously said that Fallen Order is the first game in a new series, while job ads have suggested that Respawn Entertainment are already hard at work on a sequel.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and launches for Stadia on November 24. In our review of the game, we praised it for its “strong level design, excellent puzzles, compelling platforming, great combat, gorgeous visuals, and a fun story”, calling it “the best Star Wars game in over a decade.” You can read our full review through here.
