Steep Road to the Olympics will have an Open Beta test until December 4th.
Since Steep’s release back in late 2016, Ubisoft has been continually updating the game and now the title is receiving a major expansion in the form of Road to the Olympics. This is the official DLC for the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018. It will also have an open beta test that will start from tomorrow till December 4th. Additionally, the enhancements for the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X versions of the game will also be added along with the update. The Open Beta grants players access to five challenges from the expansion and will also allow players to freely roam a select area of the Japan Map. Furthermore, the player who is atop the downhill leaderboards at the end of the Open Beta will have a chance to win a ticket to the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 in South Korea.
Servers will open at 17:00 GMT for the Open Beta while the expansion pack itself can be bought for £26.99. Other editions such as the Steep Winter Games Edition (which includes the base game and expansion) and Steep Winter Games Gold Edition (includes the base game, expansion and season pass) cost £39.99 and £59.99 respectively.
